If you are disappointed with your order for any reason, including a change of mind, you may return it and
receive a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you ordered more than one
item, you can return only a portion of it. We shall not accept responsibility for any products that are
returned to us by mistake. We offer a full refund for the things you ordered, no questions asked. Return

How do you replace?
If you receive a product that is ‘damaged’, you can obtain a replacement at no additional cost. All
substitution orders must be submitted within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the initial order delivery. Brand
replacement is dependent on inventory availability with us. If the product is out of stock, simply wait until
it is available again, or you will receive a full refund.
How do I exchange?
If you are dissatisfied with the goods that have been shipped to you, you will request an exchange. Any
exchange requests for products ordered and dispatched to you must be made within 28 days of the
original order’s delivery date. You may swap or substitute for another product of equal or greater value
that you have ordered. You will be responsible for paying the shipping expenses for transactions. The
exchange will be subject to stock availability with us. If the product you intend to order is not in stock, you
can request a complete refund.
Refunds:
Your refund will be processed promptly after you return the goods to us. Reimbursements are made to
the same payment method / account used for the transaction and purchase. Refunds typically take 7-8
business days from when the goods are received. You will be repaid delivery charges for the products
you ordered, if:
You received the incorrect product, or the product was damaged or defective. You are exercising your
rights under the Distance Selling Regulations’ cooling off periods.
