Cancellation Policy
According to our cancellation and return policy, you may cancel an order, request a replacement or
exchange of any ordered product, or return the product and receive a full refund. Customers can request

How to cancel an order?
If you have ordered online, your order can be cancelled before shipment of the items. The full order sum
will be refunded to you if the order has been paid. If the item you ordered is shipped, but not yet
delivered, you may still cancel the order. Your refund is processed once the original product has been
returned from the courier. Requests for cancelation for the product can be initiated on your order or the

How long do order cancellations take?
If you request to cancel your order, we must ensure that the shortest feasible period of time for cancelling
and reimbursing is established. You receive regular updates. If you have not received your order, but we
realise that you simply decline delivery, we will complete your refund as soon as we return our delivery,
assuming you have already accepted the products. If you have received the things, please return them to
us at the return address listed below, and we will complete your refund as soon as we receive the
cancelled goods.
